As Training & Development Manager, I manage the Training & Development Department, overseeing the team’s strategies towards designing, building and delivering effective training solutions across a variety of platforms. Through coaching, I am able to work closely with each member of the team and support their growth while achieving the department’s goals.

In my role as Manager of Training Strategy, I focus on establishing and managing the fulfillment of our Training Strategies. While collaborating with key stakeholders, I work to identify and assess a variety of training and development opportunities across EagleView, including customer and company needs.
