As the sales coordinator for the past 5 years, I have learned to work at a very fast pace, with exceptional multi-tasking skills. I began with this start up company and a team of 40 employees, now 200 and striving for $90 million in 2013. My duties include but are not limited to:Monthly Sales Rep Training -Coordination of flights, hotels, meeting space, meals, agenda, materials for a week of sales training every month. Reps are located all over the US and each class usually consists of 10-15 reps.National Sales Meeting -Coordination of flights, hotels, meals, transportation, theme/agenda, speaker, team building events, awards dinner, surgeon participation, presentations, materials for about 200 attendees. I oversee the entire planning process of the National Sales Meeting yearly with the help of marketing and a av/production company. This is a yearly process that starts right when it ends.New Hire Orientations -Coordination of agenda with internal schedules, as well as travel logistics. Crucial meetings for a new hire. We do this for direct hires as well as new distributors that come on board. We conduct approximately 50 orientations a year. Advanced Training -Advanced training consists of training on individual products. Product managers are constantly working to update their materials, once materials complete the DCR process, I upload them to our online training site and administer them to reps all over the US. This site also lets our reps complete their vendor credentialing for different hospitals. Incentive Trip Planning -Negotiation of contracts all over the world, coordination of agenda, travel logistics, events, awards dinner for our top sales winners each year. Past locations have been Vail, Costa Rica, and Mexico.Additional Tasks -Contract negotiation, conference calls, expense reports, concur travel system, misc. meetings, communication between the salesforce and internal organization, misc tasks.
