I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelors of science in Family Studies and Human Development and a minor in Psychology. I also graduated from the U of A honors college and completed an honors thesis within my major. Additionally, I was selected to receive the Outstanding Senior award in my major. With my experience as a server and host in the restaurant industry, I place extreme importance on inspired customer service and hospitality. Working in a fine-dining environment, I have excellent time management, problem solving and public speaking skills. Additionally, I emphasize teamwork and collaboration in order to provide the best service to customers. Throughout my college career I was involved in various clubs and organizations such as, peer mentoring freshman honors students, being an ambassador for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and for the Family Studies and Human Development major, as well as holding multiple research positions. In my role as a Customer Service Representative at Amazon, I connected with over 50 customers per day over the phone, chat and email. I was trained in a variety of departments and earned higher than company average in call handle time, customer response to survey rates and customer satisfaction.
