- Researched and documented new techniques to create fluorescent nanoparticles for cancer cell imaging. Utilized UV-visibility spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy to analyze samples. - Initiated and led a research project designing transferrin derived carbon dots, and contributed as an effective team member for a project producing fibronectin derived carbon dots. - Applied proper sterilization procedures while managing cell cultures and creating nanoparticles.- Two peer-reviewed papers published.
