Implementation and completion of new HRIS software. Day-to-day payroll administration and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll. Organize, coordinate, and assist the operations and functions of personnel. Advise employees and managers regarding leave management, benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines. Support in completion of job application materials and preparation of employment interviews and/or needed information for employee separation. Establish and organize the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Analyze and approve a variety of data information and making recommendations depending on findings.

Responsible for case management, utilization review and discharge planning. Liable for patient throughput and medical compliance. Review and align overall patient care needs and coordinated care plans with mental health services.
