I worked as a restaurant manager for eight years, and attended college for several years at the same time, where I learned a mix of leadership customer service skills as a shift lead and office clerical type skills as a student teacher working towards a BA in English ILA. Currently I am looking for a new job that combines both of these skill sets I have retained. Both of these experiences have taught me the importance of a positive work attitude, how to effectively navigate new fields, and the priceless reward of hard work. I have always been praised for my abilities to maintain a smooth workflow, to ensure that deadlines and guidelines are being met by myself and the workers or students I have been in charge of, and to establish a productive and happy work environment for all involved.
