I reviewed and evaluated over 1,500 undergraduate college applicants, while rendering admissions/denial decisions on each applicant. During the process, became acquainted with merits required for admission to elite universities. Trained under executive admissions administrator and participated in two Northwestern admissions training programs.

Wrote curriculum and instructed high school seniors in 2 sections of "Collegiate Writing." Guided students through the entire college application process from making lists of schools to apply to final acceptance and matriculation. Individuality counseled 45+ students on college, major, and career selection. In addition, managed an after school program for high achieving freshman, sophomores, and juniors while concurrently managing the applications of 30 students attending summer pre-college programs.
