CurrentAchieve and exceed all required performance indicators including Utilisation, Task Effectiveness, Challenge and Error rates and Assess the Assessor results whilst ensuring completion of required volume of assessmentsEnsure all assessments are completed with achieving the right outcome for the customer as central objective, evidencing through appropriate decision making, commentary on assessments and advocating through conversations with all stakeholdersProactively identifying and escalating problems or potential areas for improvement for the team, the business or our customers through the appropriate channels, driving and supporting problem solving activity within the team
