• Drove the conceptual development and business implementation of a performance management tool for educators to use for analyzing student data. • Worked directly with the Associate Dean and collaborated with faculty members to develop and implement performance-based assessments for the LBJ School's SACS accreditation and to improve the school's effectiveness. • Evaluated results of graduate student performance on assessments; developed and analyzed surveys sent to students and alumni; and reviewed current graduate program outcomes to identify possible modifications based on faculty and student feedback.
