My professional journey began in Vietnam, where I worked as a product designer at a leading accounting software company. In this role, I collaborated with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver intuitive and efficient solutions that improved the user experience for complex financial workflows.I hold a Master's degree in User Experience Design from Edinburgh Napier University, where I achieved a Distinction. My time at Edinburgh allowed me to deepen my skills in user research, interaction design, and prototyping while exploring innovative approaches to solving design challenges.I often ask myself what qualities make me truly suited for the role of a UX Designer.
