As the leader for Riveron’s employee benefits, I am the subject matter expert and lead a team delivering benefits programs, including health and welfare, 401k, wellness, and leave of absence policies and programs to employees globally. Since joining Riveron, I have launched an executive wealth management program, lifestyle spending and wellness programs and have directed the implementation of a global benefit strategy for our newly acquired companies in the US, Canada and India.
