Manage all human resources functions for Strategic Technology Partners LLC, with employees in multiple states, reporting directly to company owners. Member of management team responsible for making HR decisions and executing HR initiatives. Served as subject matter expert on all benefit matters and ensured VWGoA’s benefit programs enhanced company’s position as top employer. Oversaw day-to-day management of multiple health plans, disability, life insurance, and FSA/HSA plans, including answering participant questions and researching and resolving benefit issues for employees, retirees, and dependents. Developed and led company-wide wellness programs, including flu shots, health assessment screenings, annual health fairs, fitness challenges, and other associated programs.

Served as main point of contact for all global assignees inbound and outbound for Chattanooga Operations and secondary point of contact for all inbound assignees for National Sales Company. Managed inbound and outbound assignment contracts, including incentives and benefits as outlined in Global Assignments policy. Coordinated assignment contracts and documentation with Group Company counterparts, relationship building and networking throughout global enterprise.

Managed executive vice president, human resources calendar, and email box. Interfaced with credit card company and liaison to treasury department for reconciliation, compliance, and program requirements. Served as first point of contact for all external HR inquiries via phone, post, and email communication.

Handled management of office operations, including facilities management and all HR functions. Executed recruiting efforts for Chantilly location, including posting advertisements as well as conducting interviews and on-boarding process. Led coordinator and receptionist, including responsibility for all office inventory and procurement. Acted as point of contact for all benefit and payroll matters pertaining to Chantilly location employees. Managed employee relations, performance management, orientation, training, and organizational development.

Handled relocation and tuition reimbursement programs company-wide. Managed corporate service award program implemented in U.S., Canada, Asia, and Mexico locations. Oversaw on-boarding activities, including new hire orientation and SAP data entry. Maintained internal online career center by reviewing job postings, posting content and positions, and monitoring position listings status.
