As Junior Lead Coordinator on the SG-FECC Judge Recruitment and Communications team, I effectively communicate between our sub-committee, potential judges, and the rest of the Leadership Team. SG-FECC is the largest event hosted by the Grossman School of Business, attracting over 100 competitors from over 20 universities globally. This unique family business-focused case competition requires attention to detail and collaboration with a team of 20 to deliver a smooth, well-organized event. Over the past year, I excelled in my role as Student Ambassador, which led to my promotion to this leadership position, where I ensure detailed scheduling, valuable input, and timely responses across the team.

As a student ambassador for the Universidad Panamericana, Aguascalientes team during the five-day Family Enterprise Case Competition, I set the team up for success by providing essential materials, outlining procedures, and managing schedules. I focused on building a quality connection with the team, ensuring they felt supported and prepared throughout the event.

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with a dynamic team to organize and execute a wide range of events for the student body, from semi-annual concerts to weekly trivia nights. We prioritize accommodating students' needs and actively seek feedback to refine and improve each event. Through our efforts, UPB enriches student life by offering valuable opportunities for learning, entertainment, and personal growth.

As a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters, I balanced customer engagement with key operational tasks, from managing fitting rooms and organizing displays to supporting inventory intake and loss prevention efforts. I enjoyed helping customers navigate product choices, answering their questions, and guiding them through checkout to ensure a seamless experience. This role allowed me to sharpen my customer service and sales skills, while also deepening my understanding of retail operations.

Having been part of the Tamarack Camps community for over 13 years, first as a camper and later as a leader, I was thrilled to give back by mentoring and guiding younger campers. I designed and led backcountry trips, teaching wilderness skills, Leave No Trace principles, and environmental stewardship to build their confidence and appreciation for nature. My goal was to create the same supportive, memorable experience that shaped my growth and strengthened my Jewish identity, providing individual guidance and a positive environment for each camper to thrive.

As president of the residential complex’s Hall Council, I worked with a dedicated team to lead initiatives and organize events like movie nights, field days, and holiday activities for 1,700 students. I created agendas and presentations for Hall Council meetings and fostered a collaborative environment where student concerns were addressed. Our collective efforts helped revitalize campus engagement, especially as we navigated the challenges of post-COVID student life.

During my summer job at Dockside, I prepared delicious food, coffees, and smoothies that were consistently island favorites. Along with handling daily financial transactions and keeping a balanced cash drawer, I also made sure the workspace remained clean and organized by restocking supplies and completing routine cleaning tasks. My focus was always on creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and coworkers.

While temporarily filling in at the doctor's office, I quickly learned to navigate the patient success platform and familiarized myself with the office’s processes. I organized materials and documented information for over 20 patients each day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. By managing scheduling and serving as the main point of communication, I helped reduce conflicts and enhanced overall client satisfaction, contributing to more efficient daily operations.
