Lindsey Woolsey is a national expert in the field of industry sector and cluster strategies. Her work involves direct facilitation and coaching to local workforce, education and economic development organizations to design, launch and sustain partnerships with industry. She is known for her unique capacity to engage CEOs directly, harness their passions, and sustain their co-investment in shared solutions to pressing workforce and other issues. She has facilitated partnerships in healthcare, manufacturing, energy, technology, agriculture, natural resources, tourism, bioscience, aerospace, and the creative industries. She has worked in over 25 states. She is co-founder of the Next Generation Sector Partnership model, a unique industry partnership approach operating in over 20 states currently. She also co-founded INC, the Institute for Networked Communities, in 2019 to advance a growing body of research that supports practitioners and policymakers in understanding what it takes to build thriving, inclusive regional economies.
