Current❖Strategically spearhead developing, enforcing, and continuously improving corporate safety policies and procedures,ensuring legal compliance by establishing and maintaining adherence to all federal, state, and local safety laws and regulations.❖Implement comprehensive incident management by serving as the primary contact for injury and incident notification, leading thorough investigations, and overseeing case management while proactively managing the full cycle of the injury prevention and response program, including worker's compensation claims and a proactive light-duty return-to-work initiative.❖Demonstrate commitment to regulatory oversight by actively monitoring and challenging CSA scores through DataQ challenges, contributing to improved safety metrics while ensuring rigorous compliance with Drug &Alcohol programs through random and post-accident testing.❖Ensure effective safety communication by conducting impactful safety meetings, audits, and inspections to guarantee compliance, evaluate performance, and identify corrective actions while providing guidance andimplementing disciplinary actions related to safety issues for drivers, mechanics, warehouse, and office employees.❖Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance in administrative tasks by efficiently ordering and maintaining truck permits.❖Proactively conduct compliance audits of DOT driver files, ensuring continuous adherence and driving performance improvement initiatives.
