The role of relationship banker consists of cash handling, customer servicing, currency ordering, branch operations which includes reviewing and updating audit paperwork for the branch and completing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly requirements. I am also responsible for assisting tellers with overrides and escalated transactions.

The duties in this role included but were not limited to greeting park patrons and assisting with their needs during visits, trail maintenance, equipment maintenance, currency counting, cleaning of park buildings, and monitoring park usage during peak visitation times. This role also required me to be CPR certified. I also took a course in equine rescue and chainsaw safety and usage.
