Lindsey Anderson is a nonprofit organization consultant, empowerment speaker, executive director of a nonprofit organization, Vision Driven 757, and community advocate.Lindsey obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in communications from Old Dominion University where she also became a member of the Theta Chi chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. In 2017, Lindsey started Vision Driven LLC, an organization created to enhance the lives of the youth in the Hampton Roads area. She created the annual conference, Building Bosses Youth Empowerment and Leadership Conference, an annual back to school event and several self-esteem workshops. In 2020, Vision Driven 757, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Vision Driven 757 began aiding in pandemic relief for the youth and their families through the lunch program, Lunch on US, making and delivering lunches to school aged children unable to reach pick up sites. From March to July, over 8500 meals were delivered. In the summer, Vision Driven 757 also collected and distributed school supplies for almost 200 young people in the area. To assist with virtual learning, Vision Driven 757 also was able to collect and distribute 16 devices to families in need. In the coming years, Lindsey plans to expand Vision Driven to several areas in the country. Lindsey is committed to our young people and will continue to be the change.In 2021, Lindsey serves on the NAACP Portsmouth leadership board as the community coordination chair, serves on the advisory board for Tidewater Community College, and was awarded the Public Service Award from ACHI Women Supporting Women Organization. She also consulted with over 15 people/organizations in the areas of starting a nonprofit organization and event planning.
