As a conference coordinator I am the main contact for a client when they bring a conference to our hotel. I am the on site event manager and I assist in any correspondence between my client and the other departments of the hotel. Along with this role, it is my responsibility to check event space and meal functions and ensure things are in place and ready to go. This position is essential in the client's stay at our resort and it a very fast paced, hands on role.

As Member Relations Director I schedule and plan all club member events along with assist in private events coordination while leading event set up and communicating with our food and beverage department. I also oversee our website and manage all internal club marketing as well as work directly with our out of house marketing company. I participate in sales calls, head of department meetings, and create and distribute a monthly newsletter. Also recently I was awarded October's Employee of the Month award.

-Greet and welcome tour buses to property - guide driver through to certain areas of hotel- inform all guests of Country Christmas events, shows, and activities- accompany all guests to rooms & answer any questions- put together group packets (tickets, maps, Opryland information) - facilitate group welcome schedule
