Lindsey is a Senior Vice President and Business Manager for the Global Wealth segment of Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). Within this capacity, Lindsey supports the Head of Wealth Distribution to develop the strategy and execution plan for distribution of the firm’s asset management capabilities through intermediaries globally. She is responsible for business planning, forecasting, budgeting, executive leadership reporting, establishing efficiencies, and overseeing business risks.

Within UBS Investment Bank's COO office, Lindsey helped to develop and implement the sales and client strategy for distribution within the AMER region. Serving as a liaison between lines of business and various support partners, she was responsible for driving accountability, establishing efficiencies, managing risks and supporting problem resolution.

As the International Distribution COO, Lindsey supported the Head of International distribution in developing the firm's strategy and execution plan to expand PGIM Investments' into EMEA, APAC & LatAm. Within LatAm, she was responsible for leading the firm's business development efforts within Chile, including developing the sales, marketing and advertising strategy to pension funds (AFPs), private banks, family offices, asset management platforms and insurance companies.

As a Sr. Account Manager, Lindsey successfully managed and progressed several U.S. Tier 1 partnerships, including the firm's largest wirehouse relationship and top two independent broker dealer relationships. She engaged with the c-suite and centers of influence to uncover opportunities to progress PGIM's position within the firm's Advisor networks, including creation of business plans and tactics to drive results.

As an Account Manager for the U.S. Account team, Lindsey successfully supported several strategic partnerships, including monitoring firm's shelf space to identify new opportunities to position PGIM Investments' mutual funds and separate account solutions. She was responsible for all sales and activity reporting, business updates, event sponsorship, field training, and research updates for supported partnerships.

Greater Boston Area

As a Product Manager, reporting to the CIO, Lindsey provided initial due diligence on 3rd party mutual fund and separate account solutions and presented new ideas to the investment committee for approval onto the platform. She was the primary point of contact for all 3rd party managers seeking distribution through FundQuest's programs, including explanation of the firm's business initiatives and objectives.
