Moved down to part time at Rill while in school.

Post acquisition in November 2017, I continued to manage Internal Operations for the Metamarkets team with a focus on smoothly transitioning over our teams. In August 2018 I also took over HR and Recruiting functions within the Metamarkets subsidiary.

- Manage both our offices in SF and NY (NY remotely), manage real estate decisions and moves (4 total moves/buildouts so far), interior design and space planning, facilities management, vendor management re internet, food, general office organization and function, I plan and execute logistics for all internal events (offsites, executive strategy sessions, happy hours, holiday parties, etc) as well as a majority of marketing and external events (dedicated rooms at Mobile World Congress and DMEXCO including schedule planning, dinners and parties, etc), calendaring and travel planning for CEO (and at one point in 2014 also for our Exec Chair and CRO concurrently), shared task of employee onboarding/offboarding with People Ops, and much more. - While looking to hire our first full time recruiter, I assisted for a few months by doing initial phone screens for sales candidates, recruiting coordination and ATS management. - Currently the second most tenured employee behind CEO.

- English language teaching assistant at a Multilingual primary school in a small, rural town to children aged 3-12 in English, Art, and Science classes. Native languages spoken at the school are Spanish and Galician. - Lesson planned, created activities, and prepared projects for students of all ages. - Collaborated with teachers on joint-class activities between different levels. - Motivated students through one-on-one conversations, instruction and games that facilitated learning and fun.

- Assist in managing commercial office buildings, industrial parks and retail centers.- Oversee and manage vendors, tenants and owner questions or problems for all properties.- Invoicing, tenant reconciliations, and other basic accounting functions for all properties

- Responsible for direct sales of payroll and HR products to small businesses with 1-49 employees in 7 different zip codes in San Francisco.- Communicated with current clients to ensure their needs were met and problems remedied.- Constant outreach with potential clients to keep communication alive and the pipeline flowing.
