I managed Black & Veatch's EDGE Program, a development program that provides a unique combination of rotational job experiences, structured training curriculum, and mentoring. I also managed Construction & Procurement's Intern Program, and I collaborated with B&V leaders to develop a monthly training session for supervisors.In addition to these programs, I handled various HR generalist responsibilities.

- Coordinated new-hire orientation nationwide and instructed bi-weekly new-hire orientation at the world headquarters office- Served as the main contact for all internal training, the formal mentoring program, and orientation- Assisted instructors with setting up classes, webcasts, and developing on-demand training- Managed attendance records and transcripts for all of the employees of Burns & McDonnell- Planned bi-monthly new-hire luncheons for new hires and our board members

- Coordinated the annual recruitment and selection process for four student ambassador groups- Supervised more than 200 student ambassadors and coordinated tours for prospective students - Trained all Ambassadors through a variety of mandatory training sessions

- Conducted campus and stadium tours for Husker football recruits and their families

- Advised students in class registration and led tours of campus and its resources- Promoted the University of Nebraska - Lincoln to incoming freshman, transfer students, international students, and parents
