Take inbound calls regarding the first report of auto, home, and liability losses for personal policies. When appropriate set rental, arrange for towing or move to salvage yard, or arrange a water mitigation company for assistance with water cleanup. Follow up on large losses to ensure customer contact, and document files to accurately reflect interaction.

Take the first report of losses from commercial accounts on any property, auto, or liability claim. Ensure appropriate information obtained to be routed to the correct adjuster. Follow any large loss workflows.

Handle non-injury claims, which includes but not limited to: review policies, determine liability by taking statements from all drivers, applicable passengers and witnesses, reviewing police reports, setting up rental, setting up vehicle inspections, issuing payments for repairs.
