As the Program Specialist for Alumnae Relations at Smith College I focus my time on engaging our alumnae community of over 48,000 through innovative and exciting online, career, and professional development programming with a key role in social media and marketing for the team. Key Accomplishments: - Strategic Planning of annual Women's Leadership Conference - sold out four years in a row engaging over 160 alumnae each year. - Implementation and management of alumnae webinar program with reach of over 5,000 alumnae each year through weekly webinars. - Creation and management of Smith Women Connect Facebook and Instagram pages. - Development of Smith Business Networking events and programs

As the program coordinator for Reunion, I was pivotal to the Success of Reunion 2014. Key Accomplishments: - Responsible for communication with all Reunion volunteers for 16 classes returning for Reunion- Coordination of over 80 class events over two weekends- Collaborate with campus partners to ensure success of all events- Planned special events and meals for the 70th, 75th and 80th reunining classes - Implemented a 5k run for each weekend
