Provides support to the Teach For America St. Louis donor portfolio through strong communication, engagement and stewardship plans to ensure donor engagement within the work of Teach For America St. Louis. Grant Writing and Proposals--Responsible for drafting grant proposals in order to enlist community involvement and financial support which contribute to the sustainability and growth of Teach For America St. Louis.-In partnership with the Data Coordinator, and key functional teams, I work to provide timely reports to grant makers in order to share key benchmarks and progress towards fulfillment of grant objectives.-Manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation investors, serving as point-person within specific relationships. -Plan and execute employee engagement to strengthen and sustain donor relationships.Individual Donor Appeals-Draft donor outreach/updates-Manage and facilitates Sponsor A Teacher Campaign Programming, including: Direct mail, e-news, newsletter, annual report and personalized donor outreach. -Engage individual supporters of the Sponsor A Teacher Campaign (Donors who give an annual gift of $5,000-$15,000 in order to support the work of our corps member-educators). -Coordinate individual stewardship activities -Plan and execute lower level (annual gift) campaignsDonor Experience-Creates and sends all donor newsletters, and personalized donor outreach packages-Plan and facilitates donor events-Works with Coordinator, Marketing and Coordinator, Development to update donor collateral, as needed. -Plan and execute donor gratitude touch-pointsRegional Activities-Participates in regional activities-Participates in interview/matriculation of new corps members-Attends staff meetings-Contributes to data management, maintenance and integrity (CRM Platform-Salesforce/TFACT).

-Responsible for managing the annual giving appeal, known as the “Home-Away-From-Home Appeal". -Responsible for coordinating the first Major Giving Appeal for Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis, known as the "Cornerstone Society". -Managed the development team operating budget which produced over $3M, annually-Acted as liaison between all print/mail-house vendors to coordinate and implement donor acquisition initiatives and direct mail appeals-Responsible for the creation and implementation of the RMHC "Gratitude Program," an effort which was established to build and sustain donor relationships through unique donor touch-points.-Planned annual major donor events: "Cornerstone Celebration" and "The Grand Re-Opening Event" -Prospected, researched, cultivated, and engaged donors and potential donors
