-Assisting with patient treatments, focusing on exercises, modalities, and recovery plans -Implementing treatments such as manual therapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation-Guiding patients through specific exercises designed to restore strength, range of motion, and functional movement-Observing progress, documenting treatment outcomes, and communicating any concerns to the physical therapist-Ensuring the proper functioning and cleanliness of therapeutic equipment used in the rehabilitation process-Maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall clinic operations

-Recommend and initiate purchases of materials, supplies and services-Issue and maintain purchase orders in ERP system-Communicate delivery updates to customer service and sales teams-Expedite critical deliveries with supply chain partners-Prepare regular status reports on purchase orders, material availability, etc.-Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners -Maintain delivery schedules and resolving late orders-Request and analyze quotes for suitability, cost, and product availability-Evaluate samples, products, and services-Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery-Maintain critical information in ERP and other systems

- Accurately and efficiently process lift access products, activity products, and/or ski school products while capturing guest data- Make suitable product recommendations to meet guest needs and business objectives- Handle high volumes of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service, internal & external- Assist and follow through with resolution of guest complaints, concerns and suggestions
