Successfuly built a graphic communications business from my home office in White Rock B.C. which I sold 5 years later. It created logos, print materials and websites for a variety of clients including Lawyers, Exploration Companies, Developers and Realtors.Time management was key for contracting my services to local White Rock print shops. This contract work allowed me to build a client base in web design as this type of design work was not service by them. I still have the best of these same clients today.

Created and managed events for learning and play. Some events were club style and others were 3 day conferences.

Worked along side and learned a lot from international award wining graphic designer and artist Nathalie Davidson while servicing clients from the ordering process, proofing process through to print and finish. White Rock Design and print is an award wining boutique print and design shop that services almost all aspects of print production. Projects ranging from hundreds of attached and detached homes at a time to concrete high-rise construction in downtown Vancouver.Communicated with owners, developers, architects, engineers and city officers as well as the myriad of contractors on site for the purpose of constructing projects from ground break to final occupancy and payment.I was often CSO and the superintendent for interiors as part of the team with an exterior assistant superintendent and the general superintendent.Many projects involved unit customizations involving communication with Realtors, Designers and final occupancy owners.
