I have recently been promoted within my company of 2 years from a front desk manager to a newly developed position as a recruiter. Through this position I have strengthened my communication skills and time management. I keep in daily contact with each general manager of the 4 locations to find out their needs for staffing. I have grown professionally within this position by self-structuring my schedule and finding the ins and outs of what makes a candidate the best employee. Throughout my college career I maintained an on-campus job at a departmental office and held junior exec positions in my sorority for 3 consecutive years working with art related projects for different events. I took multiple classes learning about problem solving, project handling, and developing communicational skills with professors and peers. Alongside these classes, I have done extensive research on a variety of art historical projects within the different levels of art history classes I have taken.
