As an account manager I:Assist clients with an employee base ranging from 5,000 to 250,000+ in running successful employee giving and volunteering programsDevelop and maintain long-term client relationshipsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of client requests and requirements such as the processing and distribution of funds, product development, and product enhancementClearly communicate with clients on timelines and progress of all requestsServe as main point of contact for high severity requests and use discretion to escalate when necessaryServe as customer support representative for assigned clients as well as other clients through various communicative channels including phone, email, and live chatPresent client with weekly metrics on support topics and site visits
