Assist the athletic trainers at Susquehanna University in the taping and treatment of athletes injuries. Part of this position requires me to be trained on taping, treatment, stim, and ultrasound for the management of pain and injuries. Additionally, responsible for setting up the fields and supervising sports practices in case of injury.

Conducted independent chemistry research at Susquehanna University under the supervision of Dr. Dougherty, Professor of Chemistry. Utilized multiple methods including the rotovap, IR, and NMR instruments. I implemented these methods to characterize the compounds I synthesized in the lab. I created amino-acid derived Schiff base ligands and tested the ability of these compounds to bind to metal salts.While working with Professor Henry, I collaborated with otherstudents while performing analysis and interpreting data. Dr. Henry’s research focuses on thesynthetic modification of small bioactive natural products. This is to discover and create possiblemedicinal, cosmeceutical, and insecticidal applications.

Assisted students that had questions in mathematic classes including Statistics, Linear Algebra, Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Discrete Structures, and other math related classes. My main focus was to treat each individual differently depending of their needs. Responsible for breaking down concepts to make them more manageable and provided explanations on each question while demonstrating the appropriate way to tackle the problems.
