After completing my second doctoral practicum for assessment, I transitioned into the role of therapist at Parker Collins Family Mental Health. My specialties are working with individuals with complex trauma, neurodissociative states, and/or traumatic brain injuries. I am AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) Network certified. I have competencies in administering cognitive, personality, trauma, and neuropsychological assessment batteries and experience in psychometric evaluation and interpretation. Although I generally work with adult populations, I also have experience with children as young as 8 years of age.

I am completing the Doctor of Counseling Psychology program (Psy.D.) at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I am especially interested in treating complex trauma and traumatic brain injuries with an emphasis on neurophysiology and architecture.

I review research manuscripts submitted for publication and write up recommendations for the Associate Editor to review.

Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual Missing Voices in Education Conference which includes organizing vendors, resources, and exhibition booths, registration for 400 students, educators, artists, and community members, and selecting presenters for keynote presentations and breakout sessions.I support the Graduate School of Education, more specifically, the M.A. in Education, the M.A.Educational Leadership, the Graduate Certificate in Culturally Responsive Teaching, and the Dean of the Graduate School of Education.I provide resources and support for the field specialists throughout Minnesota in their recruiting and marketing efforts. I also work with the professors to ensure their online resources for students are functioning properly.

I conducted tours and was the first point of contact for potential clients interested in renting the venue for events such as meetings, conferences, banquets, and weddings. I worked to develop a sales strategy for Saint Mary's University's newly acquired event center to promote visibility and increase event bookings.

Provided administrative support to the Director of the Libraries as well as all departmental staff. This included maintaining employees' electronic calendars, organizing and managing all staff meetings, and scheduling and organizing appointments and events in the University's libraries. Managed the University's 3 million dollar library budgets which includes tracking all expenses as well as quarterly reports of projected spending and costs to the business office. Managed the University's Pcard and reconcile the costs on a monthly basis. Coordinated with the University's Friends of the Libraries group which supports St. Catherine's libraries through fundraising efforts and various grants and endowments. Organized the large annual fundraiser which includes reserving a location, organizing catering services, bringing in talent and live entertainment, designing a program, maintaining and updating a 3,000 person donor list, updating all donor contact information, and bulk mailings. Managed the University's library website which includes updating the hours of operations and advertising of upcoming events and services.

Provided administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and served as a coordination point within the office on various activities including monitoring workflow and compliance and project calendar deadlines. Assisted in project management for the company’s largest accounts by coordinating communications with the in-house marketing staff and various external vendors. Served as a resource for budget-related activities including printing, postage, and professional services.Compiled, analyzed, and interpreted all project managers’ fiscal projections and budgets and presented findings to the CEO and SVP on a weekly basis. Generated and maintained various reports related to email, project management, marketing, human resources, and bulk mailings. Managed the office calendar and was responsible for the set-up and support of all company meetings. Responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones and prioritizing calls, and monitoring the office supply inventory. Functioned as the overflow resource for project management, public relations, marketing, and human resources.Coordinated all company-related national and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals for all employees in the Minneapolis and New York office. Reviewed and submitted weekly time sheets and expense reports for all employees. Latitude elevates brands and people for a world of good. Responsible for the planning and supervision of all team functions. Managed and updated the program’s web pages for both the varsity and junior varsity team. Assisted in the planning and allocation of the program’s annual budget. Generated interest in the program and recruited girls within the school for a nearly 30 percent increase in the number of players participating in one year. Developed an alumnae relations program, which includes the planning and execution of special alumnae events and fundraising opportunities.
