Flix Brewhouse is America's only first run movie theater, eatery and microbrewery. The concept was designed from the inside out, redefining movie going by delivering a premium viewing and dining experience with one-of-a-kind craft beer offerings. The Flix concept combines the latest Hollywood productions, exceptional craft beer and delicious food, all served in theater. Flix Brewhouse is owned by Flix Entertainment LLC, a diversified retail investment entity, which owns or has a substantial financial interest in various entertainment and restaurant concepts. They have 10 locations; Round Rock Texas, Des Moines Iowa, Carmel Indiana, Albuquerque New Mexico, Frisco/Little Elm Texas, Madison Wisconsin, El Paso Texas, San Antonio Texas, Oklahoma City OK, and Mansfield TX. Directing the Learning and Development department consisted of overseeing training for all salary and hourly team members, with strong emphasis on interactive digital learning and on the job people development. I was also privileged to host multiple leadership summits for both our Unit Operators and Home Office Executive Team. Enhancing day-to-day operations and brand enrichment through project management had it's challenges, especially during Covid-19, but was one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.

Designed and implemented training programs for all levels of staff. Created marketing curriculum through traditional methods and directed the production of 2015 calendar featuring the Bikinis Babe. Developed and managed portals for training, marketing and merchandise materials for units to order from. Partnered with Waitressville to design and produce the Uniform Bikini Top. Directed Oklahoma City New Store Opening.

Cafe Blue, Grill at Rough Hollow and Sundancer Grill.Hospitality Manager at their three restaurant concepts to assist the General Managers with events, scheduling, recruiting, and policies/procedures, but more importantly enhancing ambiance for ultimate guest satisfaction. Marketed features and engaged with guests via social media. Responsible for liquor, beer and wine purchasing. Aided in the development of training including trainer certifications, modules and tests.

Red Dog Right: Organized, delegated, and managed promotions. Designed monthly marketing calendar and boosted social media accounts to promote events and specials. Led Bar Program; ranking, scheduling, training, happy hour features, menu & terminal updates. Developed and launched training programs to educate hourly staff. Twin Peaks: Assisted Director of Marketing with promotions and managed production of the 2012 calendar featuring the Twin Peaks girl.

Developed and managed training for Hosts, Hooters Girls, and Bartenders for Texas Franchise (48 locations). Conducted regional seminars, certifications, and boot camps for hourly and salary employees. Powered intranet to ensure field had access to current materials. Managed print and pricing for all FOH Training materials. Assisted in restaurant set up and trained front of house staff prior to New Store Openings: Beaumont, Galveston, Texarkana, Pasadena, and Waco. Converted bars through construction and trained staff from wine-and-beer only to full bar service: Sugar Land, Round Rock, Austin Riverside, Austin Lake Creek, Killeen, McKinney, and Denton.
