In my role as Assistant Dean of Pedagogical Possibilities at the UK College of Social Work, I focus on advancing the quality, equity, and opportunities for student success through forward-thinking educational practices.My work is rooted in a leadership philosophy of "failing forward, fast," encouraging experimentation and creative solutions to enhance both teaching and student learning outcomes.
