This position plays a seminal leadership role as CoSW continues to (re)conceptualize educational approaches consistent with meeting the needs of the contemporary educational landscape, particularly in the online space. This role innovates, implements, scales, and assesses teaching-learning activities while facilitating all online and hybrid courses and assisting faculty in the use of electronic tools and software in their courses. The CoSW is home to 7 degree programs (SWK and CJ) with students in all 50 states and internationally, along with 6 centers and labs serving greater Kentucky and beyond.

Led program to on-ground and online accreditation with no decision deferrals and only technical edit feedback from the accreditors. Lead and maintain program compliance with CSWE. Lead assessment of 2 BSW (online & on-ground) and 2 MSW (online & on-ground) programs, producing timely assessment data and reports for internal improvement along with accreditor and university reporting purposes. Newman University is working toward full CSWE accredidation of their BSW program. I have joined their team as an Adjunct instructor. My current teaching load includes a diversity elective titled Deconstructing Privilege (open to all students) and Social Welfare Policy (limited to students in the BSW program). Duties include curriculum selection, course design, and instruction. I joined a fantastic team of recruiters with the intention of being a recruiter. The job market in Wichita quickly changed in early January 2020 when it was announced that production would stop on Spirit's 737MAX line. I was asked to stay in another role, supporting marketing and sales activities until the market and our sales activities stabilized the environment enough to allow me to participate in recruiting activities. Duties include creating social media content for distribution on Facebook and LinkedIn, engaging in cold calls and creating warm hand-offs to business developers, and supporting internal office activities.
