I am a 3D Visualization designer where I create realistic and stunning renderings for various projects, using my skills in texturing, UV mapping, shading, and light theory. I also have a strong background in underwriting, coming from an underwriting team lead position and 5+ years in the mortgage industry. DE / FHA loans being an area of specialization I worked in. In addition to my 3D visualization work and game testing, I am also a Bartender at Oceana Grill, where I tend to a full bar, serve customers, and maintain bar stock and cleanliness. I have excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Additionally, I participate in video game play-tests for multiple big name game studios when called upon to do so, and would like to add additional game studios/developers to my play-test agenda! I am passionate about learning new things and growing professionally, and I aim to contribute to innovative and customer-oriented solutions in the digital and hospitality sectors.
