I am so fortunate to have been part of the launch team at Sun Ophthalmics. I won Circle of Excellence my very first year as a specialty pharmaceutical representative. I was afforded the opportunity to step into a training role as an area field trainer to assist with training during an expansion and soon after had the privilege of leading the Florida region. Focused and proud, this past year the great Florida East region ended finishing #2 in the nation. I was given the chance to stretch my legs and build my skill set working in the OR alongside the ASC staff and ophthalmologists to promote Dexycu with Eyepoint Pharmaceuticals. My professional journey in eye care continued, with the commercial acquisition of Dexycu joining ImprimisRx. ImprimisRx offered the unique opportunity to promote buy and bill surgical medications like Dexycu as well as offering the solution of compounded medications in the clinic and ASC. After 6 months as a territory manager I was asked to lead a team of some of the most talented professionals at ImprimisRx and I am honored to be part of the organization and lead the US-East team.My launch experience and success has been demonstrated across a diverse portfolio of disease states, beginning with FDA approval of Bromsite (Bromfenac ophthalmic solution 0.075%) in 2016 followed by Cequa™ (Cyclosporine ophthalmic solution 0.09%) and Xelpros™ (Latanoprost ophthalmic emulsion 0.005%) in 2018. My success is attributed to my ability to see opportunity, develop innovative strategies to build my brand as a partner and sales professionals and achieve organizational success. I believe that my emphasis on building lasting relationships with eye care professionals based on confidence and trust is a cornerstone to true professional achievement.
