▪ Manage a portfolio of 55 individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies to gain financial support for the strategic funding goals of IDEA Public Schools through the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of constituents to support the organization’s vision to become the top producer of low-income college graduates in the state of Texas. ▪ Raised over $62 million in the past 18 months with a team of 4▪ Act as an internal consultant to the senior leadership team for strategic initiatives including human capital, college success, business models, and continued growth of the IDEA network to architect a private and public philanthropy strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission

▪ Established and led the annual fundraising campaign through the cultivation and solicitation of IDEA employees at 20 schools across the Rio Grande Valley, raising over $1 million ▪ Developed and maintained information gathering and sharing protocols and oversaw the client relationship management database (Raiser's Edge) to ensure the infrastructure needed to sustain a growing fundraising target and the associated reporting ▪ Created programs and events to build IDEA’s brand across South Texas to be viewed as a local institution, more than tripling the number of new donors
