-Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and repair of company PCs.-Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems.-Perform installation, configuration and upgrade tasks.-Identify improvements and add to company databases with up to date solutions and clear record of activities.-Identify, explain and document technical issues in a clear way to corporate employees, as well as the Knowledge Base.-Create and offer suggested updates to Knowledge Management tool.-Ensure that users are equipped with hardware and software that conform to the client/company's requirements; this includes PC refresh, repairing hardware and software, project work and location moves for the organization.-Serve as primary contact and troubleshooter on PC and printer related problems and requests. -Communicate to management on status of problems and recommend improvements to systems. -Keep current on most recent trends and technologies, suggest improvements to bridge with other departments and keep technical knowledge current.

-Inputs new job orders received from the client's VMS into Epitec's ATS system, accurately and timely.-Maintains job orders by updating changes, closing out and putting on hold, as needed, in a timely manner.-Responsible for the submission of resumes to the client, accurately and timely.-Acts as liaison on job orders, while supporting the delivery and management teams.-Coordinate client events including event checklist, invitations, securing location, menu, ticket distribution, etc.

-Ensure smooth transition of guests per show requirements.-Design and build cocktails to meet guest expectations.-Accurately fulfill guest requests in a timely fashion to ensure the flow of service remains on schedule.-Work effectively as a team player, providing excellent customer service to any guest in need.

-Ensure customer satisfaction by constantly monitoring the status of customers’ orders while providing prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service in all aspects of the restaurant. -Accurately fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.-Design cocktail recipes to coincide with customers’ tastes, as well as weekly themed menus, cocktail dinner pairings and new cocktail menus.-Build craft cocktails to order, brainstorm new cocktail ideas, adequately describe beers and wines to interested customers.

-Accurately describe brews and food to customers.-Assist in understanding the menu.-Provide prompt, adequate service.-Deliver requests in a timely manner.

-Responsible for opening and closing the store by ensuring the café is ready to serve its customers, balancing the cash drawer, and receiving inventory.-Effectively manage 1-3 other staff members while monitoring all store operations.-Responsible for training new staff members and evaluating them accordingly.-Address customer inquiries and complaints and respond accordingly.
