I have also implemented and managed the Business Development Center, pay plans, hiring, KPI’s and more. Beginning in 2016, I also took on the role of Training and Development Manager, directly supporting the General Manager, for both Fixed and Variable Ops. As a result of my brand reputation and CSI strategy, we achieved the highest GOOGLE & Facebook Star Ratings for any Hyundai Dealer in DFW! With the success of our customer retention BDC program, we*TRIPLED* the RO Count in Service within one year. We also earned the #1 Service Department in DFW and #1 HMF Warranty Penetration which was largely due to the customer experience, phone training and sales training that I implemented.
