Lindsey rejoined CADRE as a part-time Research Scholar, supporting the project titled “Equitable & Enriched Environments to Uplift: Impacts of School Design on Wellbeing, First-Gen College Readiness, and Social and Emotional Learning.” This initiative focuses on assessing how school environments contribute to student wellbeing and readiness for college, emphasizing social and emotional learning. This project aims to enhance educational spaces and outcomes for first-generation college students.Under the mentorship of Dr. Renae Mantooth and Dr. Deborah Wingler, Lindsey will contribute to key project deliverables, including:Conducting on-site behavior mapping and data collection.Assisting in the writing of the final project report for the ASID Foundation.Co-authoring a manuscript for peer-reviewed publication.Preparing and potentially delivering conference presentation materials.

Lindsey is responsible for supporting JLL's strategic goals and working closely with key global leaders to develop and implement team systems for performance tracking and reporting of cross-functional key initiatives and special projects. She leads the development and management of program efforts for strategic and disciplined change management planning and activities concerning key initiatives and special projects, including stakeholder management and engagement. Lindsey collaborates with her peers and team members to provide guidance and coaching on program methodology and agile framework. Furthermore, she works with the JLL partners to promote awareness and understanding of critical solution delivery matters through internal communications and collaboration through program management methodologies. Lindsey is also responsible for ensuring ongoing refinement and communication of the selling and pursuit process and the validation and utilization of standard governance materials.

Data and interpretation are critical to understanding evolving workstyles and environments. Lindsey is the product manager of JLL Space Data & Insights. The standardized offering was developed to enable our clients to make informed decisions about their workforce, workplace, and portfolios. Space Data & Insights supports tracking and maintaining foundational utilization, workforce, and workplace data utilizing IWMS software, sensors, and other data capture methods and technology to provide actionable insights for portfolio, workplace, and workforce use cases. In her role, Lindsey is focused on enhancing current offerings (e.g., usability and desirability of Utilization Dashboard; efficiency of overall space data processes) and gathering insights for forthcoming features and products. Through user-centric data-gathering techniques, Lindsey and her stakeholders can make actionable decisions for market-ready results.

Within the innovation and product organization at JLL, Lindsey acts as an integrated service and product development expert across multiple disciplines within corporate real estate management services (workplace & workforce). Lindsey is focused on supporting and operating agile product development, practicing human-centered methodologies, and advocating for design iteration. Lindsey and her team members champion a needs-first innovation strategy to drive future solution development and practice deep analytical thinking to focus on the things that matter most, leveraging VOC data to make informed decisions.

In her role on the OPM team, Lindsey was focused on introducing and encouraging a Human-Centered approach in alignment with Agile product development for the occupancy and planning product development team. Lindsey supported a range of data collection techniques from voice of customers interviews and focus groups, user-experience surveys, feature refinement, and innovative pivots to support long-term end-user and client success.

Lindsey joined a net new JLL Product Team (01/2022 - net new) dedicated to developing world-class innovation focused on human-centric solutions for the real estate industry. The team was focused on solutions that resolved painpoints and barriers to the Hybrid workforce as they planned their workday, entered their workplace, and navigated their days, in-office and remotely. The product development process focused on space, services, and technology packaged together for a world-class solutions.

Lindsey supported the research, strategy, and process creation within the JLL discipline - Experiential Space Design and Concepting (01/2021 - net new). The team focused on addressing the emerging hybrid workforce's needs as reflected in the workplace by developing tiered product offerings that are economical, scalable, and repeatable to support the future workplace. Supported the “Equitable & Enriched Environments to Uplift: Impacts of School Design on Wellbeing, First-Gen College Readiness, and Social and Emotional Learning” project guided by Dr. Renae Mantooth and Dr. Upali Nanda. Lindsey's support was on collecting and analyzing the qualitative data focused on teachers' workspaces. In November 2022, semi-structured interviews with teachers were conducted. A total of 9 interviews were completed with three primary, three middle, and three high school teachers that were identified by school administrators as successful in employing social and emotional learning strategies within their teaching practices. Individually, each teacher participated in 1-hour semi-structured virtual interviews where they elaborated on how they define social and emotional learning, their ideal working environment, and their perceptions of the current school environment concerning SEL. Interview data was first transcribed and then analyzed through content analysis. A three-step inductive thematic coding protocol was employed that began with exploratory open coding. A second round of coding was conducted to provide consistency across interviews and in the third phase, themes were generated from the data. Three key themes emerged around diverse approaches to working, psychological and behavioral needs, and SEL considerations.

Lindsey’s unique background - inte­rior design and workplace strategy - provided clients a holistic approach to their workplace design creating the foundation for a successful work environment for employees. This knowledge also allows her to evaluate and recognize the workplace drivers that assist clients in achieving their organization’s defined vision and goals. She is responsible for under­standing the organization’s needs so as to develop a plan based on on-site data, client measurements, user programming, project documentation, to develop­ an agreed-upon workplace strategy.

St. Louis

Lindsey’s primary responsibilities at CannonDesign included conducting and coordinating user research, real estate strategy, change management, programming, space planning, and development of design standards. She was involved in developing processes and methodologies with which to understand and analyze quantitative and qualitative aspects of the client’s workplace performance. Lindsey was an integral part of the workplace strategy team that produces research, organizes and compiles market sector and industry expertise, and translates findings into client-specific strategies.

Washington D.C. + Mclean, Va

Lindsey's responsibilities with FOX Architects included client programming, design development, presentations, production of construction drawings, as well as experience in construction administration. Additionally, her role involved selecting and specifying furniture and finishes, coordinating with product representatives and engineering teams, along with other design professionals. At FOX Architects, she was able to work independently on projects as well as on teams providing a well-rounded experience. She developed a strong proficiency and technical expertise in design-centric software programs.

Tallahassee, Florida

Lindsey's responsibilities included performing teaching-related duties to assist department professors including proctoring exams, grading tests and homework, recording grades and assisting in class as needed.
