CREATIVE DESIGN• Work closely with local nonprofit organizations to help further their causes by designing annual reports, engagement tools, and other pieces with an emphasis on the importance of keeping statistics and data easily understandable.• Manage the social media accounts and branded content therein for area nonprofit organizations.• Maintained the website for Fox Creek, as well as other area nonprofits, using WordPress.OPERATIONS• Assisted the dedicated grant writers on the Fox Creek staff, and over 85 area nonprofit organizations who were Fox Creek clients, in any way I could to achieve their goals and further their missions.• General operations duties including sending and paying invoices using QuickBooks and Bill.com and assisting clients with invoice payment.• Organized and created new and renewed service agreements for clients, utilizing DocuSign and Microsoft SharePoint, keeping track of types of agreements and renewal dates.• Onboarded new clients, creating secure SharePoint folders for their documents and getting them set up in the system by communicating with the accounting department.• Assisted our staff of grant writers by working in Grant Hub to add and update potential funders and upcoming grants for clients.• Performed research on Candid’s Foundation Directory for potential nonprofit funders.

Responsible for:* The Win Prism system as it applies to GM merchandise and trade books. This includes ordering, receiving, stocking, invoicing, and returning trade books, supplies, and other GM items.* Marketing, merchandising, and promoting the store including promotional sales events and increase GM revenue. * Displays, store sets, cashiering, and customer service.* Ordering and maintaining bookstore inventories as it applies to all store merchandise. * The Web Prism Internet site including processing all orders, maintaining catalogs, photographing merchandise and keeping website current. * Maintaining the College Store’s Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as other social networks. * Assisting with the Point of Sale System including the financial function, inventory function, report function, cash, checks, charges, counting drawers, deposits, and closing the store.
