Pulte Homes is a Residential Construction Company serving in 26 states they build spec homes of multiple sizes. As a Construction Superintendent/Customer Relations Manager, I would perform the following tasks on a day to day basis:-Supervise the construction of about 10 homes at a time from start to finish. -Update schedule.-Contact Subcontractors to make sure we stay on schedule.-Visit home and make sure tasks were being completed.-Weekly phone calls with the homeowners to update them on the status for their home. -Perform various meetings held with the home owner including: Pre-Con, Pre-Drywall and Final Walk-through. -Completed warranty work. Pulte had a 3 month visit and 11 month visit, but anytime that there was a homeowner who needed warranty prior to or after, it was taken care of at that time.
