i give Rock and Water training to people who want to build up there confidence, self love and want to have a higher body awereness.The programe has been recearched and lot and has been scientifically proven to help people (not only the youth) build there self confidence and giving them the tools they need to deal with the strugles in life. In Austalia a lot of school use this programe and it is even tought to aberiginal kids. I would like to give you a little impresion of what the training i give impies. The training is devided in to 12 lessons and are each aproxematly 90 min. during these lessons we play phisical games and excersises to increase body awereness. also we will go through some basic self defence technieks and group bonding. Every lesson will have a different toppics and we will have conversations acordingly. This combination of fysical and mental excersises will help them to use these techniques outside of the practice room. And make them more confident in themselfs. Since i am also a certified life coach i also give one on one advise and sesions, where we can talk more deeply in the needs of the individual. Combining the Rock and Water programe and life coaching realy makes them strong individuals who feel more like them selfs in what ever they will do in life.
