As Lead Instructor for Cyclebar Culver City and Santa Monica I am responsible for providing continued education to our instructor team. I manage the creative quality of the studios by performing regular evaluations of instructors, recruiting and training new talent and work with ownership while providing inspiration and leadership.

Working on the Creative Team I am responsible for strategizing and designing visually compelling, effective assets for major brands such as Boxed Water, Jabra, Sherwin-Williams and more. I strategize designs that align with clients' goals and drive performance across platforms. I also manage client relationships, conduct audits, research and report on trends and collaborate across teams. Additionally, I provided strategic guidance across various e-commerce and social platforms and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements.

Working on the Product Development team, l helped to drive the future of swimming products. I assisted in all stages of the design process including concept ideating, sketching, prototyping, rendering, technical drawings, color-ways, specs and 3D CAD modeling, conducted user testing in the pool and more. I also communicated directly with manufacturers regarding design, packaging and material.

As the Creative Coop, I specialized in product and website design and shooting and utilizing lifestyle photography that enhances product marketing and promotional advertisements. I crafted new pattern designs for styles currently available for purchase, as well as designed visually stunning graphic assets for promotion and marketing across social platforms, email promotions and the brand website.

As a part of the Product Development Team I assisted in all parts of the design process. I ideated and sketched design concepts, created product renderings, researched trends and demographics, rapid prototyped to create product samples, completed technical drawings for manufacturing, and assisted on different tasks as needed.
