I help leaders pay attention to the emotional realities of their work experience, understand them systemically and respond to them with compassion and courage. Since the birth of Collective Possibilities in 2005 I have worn many hats and specialised in local government and public-sector leadership, development and team coaching. I have successfully facilitated 1000's of workshops that help teams, leaders and communities stretch themselves, refine their skill, plan for their collective futures and focus on what matters to them most. With over 2000 hours of coaching experience, my approach is thoughtful, practical and emotionally engaging. Blending socioanalytic and strengths-based approaches, I partner with my coaching clients to:• Increase their self-awareness, self-management and emotional agility - helping them authentically harness their unique super powers and lead from their values • Understand the roles (both conscious and unconscious) they play and how they can best take up these roles in service of their personal and professional passion• Explore complex organisational dynamics and wayfind through challenging situations for greater effectiveness• Develop and expand their leadership influence and followership capabilityMy doctoral research focused on busting myths about leadership and explores vulnerability as an effective systemic motivator of courage and compassion in organisations.
