• Assisted in the development of a Saturday Meal Delivery plan. Responsibilities included phased implementation, advanced volunteer recruitment and training, and staffing.

• Recruited to create a plan for a failing volunteer services department to improve recruitment, support and retention of volunteers.
• Created SOPs for volunteers to guide them through closely regulated meal delivery service including food service standards, delivery standards, conduct, and ethics during the provision of service.
• Achieved increased volunteer base by marketing to untapped sources, advertising program needs, increasing volunteer recognition, organizing volunteer events, and providing small rewards.
• Received awards from two special needs organizations for efforts provided to utilize and train special needs consumers.
