Lindy has a true heart for nature. She remembers being six years old and looking in awe at the Austrian mountains, feeling respect for these giant bodies carved through time. She inherited her interest in all animals, big or small, from her father, who would point and grin at every form of life, telling her to "look at that!"On the side, Lindy developed an interest in technology. She received an old PC at 11 years old and started tinkering with MS Paint, then Game Maker, 3dsMax, and so forth. All were just tools to express her vivid imagination.Then, for a while, high school and video games distracted her from creating much, until her studies in art and technology reignited this drive to create. At university, she got a taste of leading and completing meaningful projects, where she decided her path would be a combination of purpose and play: applied games.For six years, Lindy worked her way up from junior to lead artist at several Dutch applied gaming companies and took on freelance gigs on the side, all to master her craft with a drive to make the world a better place.Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and her job ended. This felt like a blow but also a great opportunity to finally start that company: an exact combination of Lindy's passions for nature and technology. Now she could finally put all of her energy into working for what she believes in: with imagination, collaboration, and action, we can create a better world 🌍
