Fifteen years of personal struggle became my foundation for a business designed to help women transform their thinking, their habits, and their bodies the same way I did!For years I spent countless hours and dollars trying to change my body in hopes that doing so would change how I felt about myself. None of it worked. In my early 20's I discovered group fitness classes and was immediately hooked. That discovery changed the course of my career and at age 26, after 5 years of working in the non-profit sector, I became a certified fitness instructor and a manager within the health club industry so that I could share my love of health and fitness with others. After a few successful years in health club management, I came to realize that working for someone else wasn't going to allow me to help people the way I wanted or provide me the lifestyle that I desired for me or my family.That is when my journey as an entrepreneur began. In 2011 I started my own business as a coach with a goal to help other women in their struggle with fitness, nutrition, and body image. By 2012 I was able to walk away from corporate America and to open a small fitness studio which I owned and operated for 5 years.Now, as a healthy lifestyle coach and trainer and the creator of "Be Transformed Coaching," my mission is to transform bodies and lives through training and support that focuses on faith, family, fitness, food, and freedom. I help women break the cycle of struggle and to transform both body and mind by focusing on more than just exercise and nutrition for improved health & wellness.
