Responsible for recruitment of candidates primarily with an IT background for "Straffe- og Skifteprogrammet" in Domstolsstyrelsen. Handled the recruitment process from A-Z incl. job ads, interviews and negotiation of terms and conditions. Focused on creating a good candidate experience with a fast and streamlined recruitment process.

As a Recruitment Consultant, my primary tasks was to attract and recruit the best IT talents primarily for Netcompanys Application Services department. - Recruitment – search & selection, interview and test for Team Manager positions, contract negotiation - Advising, supporting and collaborating with hiring managers in the hiring process- Employer branding activities incl. job fairs, social events, tech talks and university visits

As a student worker in Rambølls HR Operations and Recruitment team my job entailed:- Data control of employee data from Workday- Coordinate and host the monthly onboarding event- Assist in generating BI reports for different business units- Ad hoc tasks

As part of my master programme I completed a three month internship with Rambøll. The focus of this internship was onboarding and how it can be used as internal employer branding.Based on this my project report focused on how employer branding affected the employees’ psychological contract.
