Working on the project CODI-SCILE-A (micro-communication in relation to children discovering the properties of water): Collecting, sampling, managing and analysis of different types of data for the subsequent editing of reports, presentations and papers. Arranging field studies and joint data sessions based on the collected data. In charge of marketing activities relating to the findings.

Responsibilities included the auditing of sales pipeline and activities, quarterly budgeting and prognosis, budgeting, writing reports for the Board of Directors, being in charge of the CRM system salesforce.com (training, maintenance and writing the internal user manual). The position also entailed coordinating and editing a report on the optimisation of internal processes of the sales department as used for the ISO-recertification, different internal marketing activities (and follow-ups).

Supporting relationship managers and lending assistance to the compliance department by acting as a link between private banking and compliance to ensure proper KYC procedures. Participating in direct client-service interactions in relation to credit card verification, and payment including the execution and verification of money transfers and other transactions.

Creating sales collateral (ads, leaflets, etc.) and other direct marketing initiatives in line with producer requirements for presentation of products. Analysis of sales data and statistics for targeted campaigns. Bookkeeping and accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, STATEC and VAT reporting.Includes work during Bachelor studies and alongside Graduate studies (flex-time).
