Overall responsable for legal & compliance in Marsh Denmark. Involved in many different processes in the business and as advisor for the management. Part of a large worldwide legal organisation, where knowledge sharing and collaboration is the key to success. The tasks include, among other things, the following:➢ In-house counselling regarding contracts etc.➢ Handling of errors and omissions, customer complaints etc. ➢ Assistance to the HR organisation regarding employment law etc. ➢ Handling of issues regarding GDPR, privacy breaches, ESG etc. ➢ Development of processes and tools for the handling of legal & compliance challenges ➢ Participation in board meetings ➢ EU tenders / Public Procurement➢ Project management ➢ Negotiations regarding E&O claims, contracts etc. ➢ Training sessions for colleagues➢ Management of IDD competences in the business➢ Reporting and alignment of various legal issues in the global MMC organisation ➢ Manager for a team member in Legal & Compliance
