My responsibilities are many, but the main focus is contributing to the Athlete Committee’s vision of becoming a visible and strong player in the national and international landscape. - An advocate and a connecting link between the committee and the athletes, trainers, and other stakeholders in a national and international context.- Mobilisation of the Danish National Athletes as one unite and more involvement in the athlete committee’s work.-Branding and awareness of the committee's function and importantness.- Communication within SoMe, PR and Public Affairs toward athletes, media and the Culture of Ministry.- Public Affairs support toward IOC and international Athlete Commissions.- Pitch, organize and implement projects, workshops and activities for the national team Athletes.- Create collaborations and developments on how to approach athletes’ conditions and rights as well as in training, well-being, and commercial rights together with the committee members.- Building and developing a solid administrative function for the committee.

As Sports Tournament Coordinator at Copenhagen 2021, I have full responsibility for the 29 tournaments in the EuroGames2021. Hence coordinated the planning of 6 sports venues in Copenhagen. I work closely with about 70 collaborators within the Pan Idræts volunteers sports steering groups, Sports Federations, municipalities, and Commercial and external partners. I manage the following: - Communication and coordination with all 65+ collaborators for the sports tournament. - Identifying, developing, and facilitating tools for efficiency improvement and optimizing the collaboration between volunteers, Sports federation, and partners. - Securing all facilities and needs for the sports tournament is in place before August. - Conflict management and solution-oriented tasks- Budgets for all 29 sports tournaments and venues in Copenhagen. https://copenhagen2021.com/EuroGames/

I took part in Divérs - Diversitet of equal opportunity and their project Boss Ladies in august 2020 as an intern.Project Boss Ladies work to develop and "break" the gendered working environment through recruitment and fixation of female talent in vocational schools. I manage through my time there too: - take part in the coordinator team and be responsible for the planning and execution of the yearly Boss Ladies Ambassador camp. - Managing systematization and structure of the Ambassador team and developing a new procedure for the camp.- Developing presentation and teaching materials- Responsible for a stakeholders analysis, hence finding potential efficiency improvement in part of the project. - Produce and develop a new screening method for quality assurance of part of the project.

I took part in the Greater Copenhagens working group to explore and coordinate a diversity pilot work for the organization's sports associations and internally on the board of DGI Greater Copenhagen. I manage the results of: - Challenge and set the political-strategic agenda- Plan and execute a political statement for the DGI annual political meeting. - Communicate the research within the sports diversity field at a Conference for DGI politicians and leaders. - Written politician statement for the development of the organizations and the strategy towards 2022. - Manage and be responsible for the design phase and purpose of the pilot work with the DGI Greater Copenhagen sports associations.
